There are things success is not. It’s not fame it’s not money or power.
Success is waking up in the morning so excited about what you have to do that you literally fly out the door.
It’s getting to work with the people you love.
Success is connecting with the world and making people feel.
It’s finding a way to bind together people who have nothing in common but a dream.
It’s falling asleep at night knowing you did the best job you could.
Success is joy and freedom and friendship.
And success is love.

Getting in the football spirtis….
Friday Night Lights
This is probably one of my most favorite sports movie. It reminds me so much of high school football at Nease High School (where Tim Tebow played). The tempo and action in the movie is intense and the coach’s ending speech at the championship game is both inspirational and emotional.
I cannot stress on how much I LOVE the movie’s soundtrack. Explosions in the Sky’s musical adaptation to the film plays such an essential role. The sound of the acoustic guitars really adds to the emotion of the whole movie. At one point the music is light and ambient during a speech, then quickly adds intensity the hard football hits and tackles.
